Individuals are asked to bring the following pieces of information
- Form of Identification (driver’s license, state issued identification, passport, or green card)
- Proof of Residency (current utility bill to confirm address)
Residents of Spring Hill, Thompsons Station, and College Grove may visit The Well Outreach Food Pantry twice per month during open pantry hours.
